Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we appreciate you reaching out to us at hello@mountyn.co so we can work directly with you to resolve the issue. If we understand the issue, it may be easier for us to send a replacement product than have you return your product via mail.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns for the Mountyn Map: The Mountyn Map is printed with mapping data from our partners. As such, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the maps. It is imperative you review your map data carefully before choosing to print the map with Caltopo. Please pay careful attention to the map layers you select, waypoints you upload, and other map options you select while creating your map. The Mountyn Company's printing process is designed to produce a printed map that looks as close as possible to the map you see on your screen as you create it.
If you are not satisfied with the printing result or you feel the paper quality does not meet your expectations, please communicate this to us at hello@mountyn.co. We appreciate you being specific about the problems you have identified. We will either try to resolve the issue and send you a new map or, if we are unable to do so, refund your purchase after you return the map to us.
Returns for the Survival Kit: If you are not satisfied with your survival kit and wish to return it, please send an email to hello@mountyn.co explaining the issue and we will initiate the return process. We will accept returns of unused survival kits up to 30 days after their purchase. If you have used any of the items in the survival kit, we cannot accept the survival kit as a return. Still, we will work hard to resolve any issue you have with the survival kit product.
To be eligible for a return, your survival kit must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which we can help you find when you reach out.
To start a return, you can contact us hello@mountyn.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will delay the return process. We cannot guarantee we will accept the return if the item is sent back to us without prior coordination.
All refunds will be carried out by issuing a refund on your original payment method.
